A humpback whale was freed from a fishnet entanglement near Blanc-Sablon, a sperm whale has been observed in Baie-Comeau and capelin is once again rolling near Mingan.

A lighthouse counts whale blows from the height of its 150 years

The aerial behaviour of several rorqual whales attracted attention near the foot of the tallest lighthouse in Canada, which will be celebrating 150 years of existence this weekend.
